The idyllic Folwark Białka – Montessori Farm School
Between 4 and 8 May, students from classes IB 1 of Warsaw Montessori High School broke away from the everyday intensive school work, spending time in the idyllic Folwark Białka – Montessori Farm School.
Although the trip was in fact an academic one, (regular classes in biology, physics and chemistry were held during the trip) students also had every opportunity to relax and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of Warsaw.
In their free time, they used the surrounding green areas and favorable weather; everyone also helped in the preparation of meals. They devoted themselves to various activities, from playing football, through a fierce game of capture the flag, and finally resting together by the fire to the accompaniment of a classical guitar. The trip was undoubtedly a success, and High School students are looking forward to another opportunity to visit Folwark!
