Warsaw Montessori High School

On December 1, 2021, on the occasion of World AIDS Day, students from Warsaw Montessori High School participated in workshops related to HIV and AIDS, held at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts.

The event was coordinated by the Provincial Infectious Disease Hospital in Warsaw. Pupils of our school had the opportunity to learn what are the characteristics of HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) and AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome), the differences between them and how to prevent them.

Together with the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts students, they used the acquired knowledge to create images promoting the importance of prophylaxis in avoiding HIV infection and AIDS.
